Shipping Policy

1. Production & Processing Time

All orders placed on Crochet Serile are custom-printed on demand. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days before your item is handed to the shipping carrier. Production times may be extended during high-demand periods.

2. Shipping Transit Times

• United States: 3 – 8 Business Days (after production).
• Canada & Europe: 7 – 15 Business Days (after production).
• Rest of World: 10 – 25 Business Days (after production).

Total estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and product type. Rates are determined by our print fulfillment partners and carrier services.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is produced and shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and carrier tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at serile.biz@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos (if applicable). We will arrange a free replacement reprint or full refund.
