1. Print-on-Demand Orders & Custom Production

Welcome to Crochet Serile. All products listed on our store are custom-made print-on-demand (POD) items. Each product is manufactured specifically for you upon order confirmation by our trusted third-party print providers. Prices are displayed in USD and include the cost of production. Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery location.

2. Third-Party Fulfillment Disclosure

Our products are produced and fulfilled by professional third-party print providers through our partnership with Printify. Once your order is placed, it is transmitted to the appropriate print provider who manufactures, packages, and ships the product directly to your address.

3. Production Timeline

Because each item is custom-printed upon order, production typically takes 2 to 7 business days before shipping. Production times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

4. Secure Checkout & Payment Gateways

We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe and PayPal. All payment transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL protocols. We do not store raw credit card numbers or financial credentials on our servers.
